Reading for Third Week in August

Pauline Cornter, director of our summer production Third Week in August, writes:

“I know that many of you are busy with rehearsals for the Variety Show but I hope you can spare the time to come to the meeting regarding the very humorous Summer Outdoor Production of Third Week in August in the Village Hall on Wednesday 28th January at 7.30pm. There will be a short chat about the play and about the characters and how we intend to stage it, plus a reading. The dates of the production are 10th to 13th June at The Flowerpots

“We need to commence rehearsals immediately after the Variety Show at the end of March, bearing in mind that Easter this year falls at the beginning of April.

“If you are unable to attend and would be interested in taking part or helping behind the scenes please let me know ASAP, bearing in mind that I am away for most of February.

“To find out more please come along on Wednesday 28th.”
